Nu este doar o aplicare de ojă.
În primul rând, analizez unghiile pentru a vedea dacă sunt sănătoase. Dacă este nevoie, curăț bătăturile subunghiale. Unghiile sunt curățate minuțios înainte de aplicarea ojei.

Aesthetic pedicure
It’s not just applying polish.
First, I check that your nails are healthy. If needed, I clean the calluses under the nails. Every nail is cleaned thoroughly before the polish goes on.
Complex pedicure
The procedures are NOT painful.
First, I ask you a few questions about your case and the problem you have. Then I explain the procedure, so you understand what you need to do and what to expect.

Ce date colectez
Prin formularul de abonare: numele, numărul de telefon și adresa de e-mail.
Chestionarul despre picioare (Google Forms) este anonim: nu cere nume, e-mail sau telefon. Răspunsurile le folosesc doar ca să pregătesc sfaturi și conținut.
La programare (telefon sau WhatsApp): numele, numărul de telefon și informațiile despre problema picioarelor pe care alegi să mi le spui. Acestea sunt date despre sănătate și le folosesc doar pentru tratamentul tău.
De ce și pe ce bază
Ca să îți trimit materialul gratuit și să te anunț despre programări disponibile, oferte și recomandări (dacă te abonezi) și ca să îți fac programarea și tratamentul.
Baza legală este consimțământul tău (art. 6 și art. 9 din GDPR / AVG). Îl poți retrage oricând, fără să afecteze ce s-a întâmplat înainte.
Cine mai vede datele
Nu vând și nu dau datele tale nimănui.
Formularul de abonare îmi trimite datele pe e-mail prin serviciul FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Dacă îmi scrii pe WhatsApp pentru programare, mesajele trec și prin WhatsApp (Meta). Chestionarul anonim este găzduit de Google Forms. Site-ul încarcă fonturile de la Google Fonts, care poate vedea adresa IP a dispozitivului tău.
Cât timp le păstrez
Datele de abonare, până te dezabonezi.
Datele de la programare, cât timp ești clientă și apoi le șterg, cu excepția celor pe care legea mă obligă să le păstrez (de exemplu facturile, 7 ani).

What data I collect
Through the subscription form: your name, phone number and email address.
The foot survey (Google Forms) is anonymous: it does not ask for your name, email or phone. I only use the answers to prepare advice and content.
When you book (by phone or WhatsApp): your name, phone number and the information about your feet you choose to share. This is health data and I only use it for your treatment.
Why, and on what basis
To send you the free material and tell you about available appointments, offers and advice (if you subscribe), and to book and carry out your treatment.
The legal basis is your consent (Articles 6 and 9 GDPR / AVG). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what happened before.
Who else sees your data
I never sell or give your data to anyone.
The subscription form sends your details to my email through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). If you message me on WhatsApp to book, those messages also pass through WhatsApp (Meta). The anonymous survey is hosted by Google Forms. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your device’s IP address.
How long I keep it
Subscription details, until you unsubscribe.
Booking details, while you are a client; after that I delete them, except what the law requires me to keep (such as invoices, 7 years).
